最近水泵外壳加工厂批量生产水泵外壳时，发现水泵外壳表面有些划痕，不知道是什么原因造成的。经过分析，发现是刀具的磨损导致的。水泵外壳表面划痕主要有两个原因：

　　1、水泵外壳表面材料较软，刀具磨损较快。

　　2、水泵外壳表面的硬度较低，易产生划痕。

　　针对上述两个原因，可以采取以下措施加以改善：

　　1、使用耐磨材料的刀具。这样可以减少刀具的磨损，延长刀具的使用寿命。

　　2、调节刀具的磨削参数。通过调节刀具的磨削参数，可以有效提高刀具的磨损耐久性。

　　如果以上措施仍无法改善水泵外壳表面划痕的现象，建议采用防止刀具磨损的措施。比如，可以采用隔离膜来防止刀具与水泵外壳表面直接接触。
